AB Cotspin India has boosted its order book by securing domestic supply contracts valued at approximately Rs 10.17 crore for high-grade cotton yarn. Finalized on August 18, 2026, the agreements dictate a rapid two-to-three-month execution window, reinforcing near-term operational momentum across the company's spinning divisions.

The contract arrives immediately on the heels of a strong financial disclosure for Q1, FY27. During the quarter, the company registered a 52.89 per cent Y-o-Y rise in total revenue reaching Rs 101.98 crore, along with a 20.93 per cent increase in net profit of Rs 5.10 crore. Analysts say, these consecutive supply wins substantiate management’s broader annual guidance targeting up to Rs 400 crore in total revenue for the fiscal year.

Speaking on the operational outlook, Deepak Garg, Managing Director, stated, these ongoing purchase commitments validate the company’s consistent product standards and execution agility. Maintaining disciplined manufacturing schedules remains central to their strategy as they fulfill these domestic orders within the stipulated timeline.

Experts point out, domestic spinning mills are currently leveraging stable raw cotton availability to secure short-cycle bulk orders, effectively hedging against seasonal margin volatility and fluctuating freight costs.
