Archroma launches Albafix Eco Plus for long-lasting colors

Archroma, a leader in sustainable chemicals, launched Albafix Eco Plus, a new fixing agent for textiles. This product enhances color fastness of dyed clothes, towels, linens etc. without harming quality or using hazardous chemicals.

Albafix Eco Plus works with various dyes on cotton, other cellulosic fibers and their blends. It doesn't alter the fabric shade or reduce lightfastness. Additionally, it avoids foaming, acid hydrolysis and migration problems during drying, improving production efficiency.

Importantly, this product complies with major eco-standards like GOTS, bluesign and ZDHC Roadmap. Albafix Eco Plus by Archroma offers superior colorfastness on cellulose fibers, mitigating the shortcomings of traditional fixing agents. This advancement enables the production of high-quality textiles resistant to fading, staining, and bleeding during washing. This product is suitable for various dyeing methods and equipment. Similar to Albafix Eco Plus, it improves chlorine resistance.
