By integrating a dual-stage process, the ValuePack allows polymer melt to undergo precise filtration down to 15 microns before entering a sand chamber for homogenization. This hybrid design is specifically engineered to lessen the shear and viscosity fluctuations that frequently plague recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) processing. This technology effectively increases the process window for circular manufacturing, say analysts, highlighting, the system’s pressure-independent seal also minimizes operational leakage, a persistent challenge in high-throughput spinning lines. As global brands tighten ESG mandates for fiber sourcing, such engineering advancements are proving vital.
