Grasim Industries recognized as a Sustainable Organization for fourth time by GSA
Grasim Industries has once again been recognized as a Sustainable Organization 2025 by the Global Sustainability Alliance (GSA), an initiative spearheaded by The Times Group. This marks the fourth consecutive year Grasim has earned this esteemed honor, strengthening its position as a frontrunner in adopting and implementing sustainable business practices.
Now in its fourth edition, the GSA Sustainable Organizations 2025 platform celebrates India's most influential champions of sustainability. This prestigious recognition underscores purpose-driven leadership, groundbreaking green innovation, and responsible manufacturing among the nation's leading corporations.
Grasim's selection followed a stringent evaluation process conducted by the GSA in collaboration with a renowned research firm listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, Ipsos. Out of more than 300 companies assessed, only 40 received this distinguished acknowledgment, placing Grasim among an elite group of sustainability leaders in India.
The award was presented at the ET Edge GSA 2025 summit by Nandkumar Gurav, Advisor, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board. It was accepted on behalf of Grasim by Pavan Jain, Chief Financial Officer, and Surya Valluri, Chief Sustainability Officer. Their presence at the summit highlighted Grasim's commitment to integrating sustainability across all facets of its operations.
This consistent recognition by the GSA reaffirms Grasim's dedication to environmental stewardship and its ongoing efforts to drive positive change within the industry.
