Hisar Spinning Mills schedules 33rd AGM on September 30, 2025
Hisar Spinning Mills has scheduled its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 30, 2025. The purpose of this AGM is to review the company's financial performance, approve dividends (if any), and address other important business matters. Shareholders are given the option to vote electronically on the resolutions presented at the meeting.

In Q1, FY26, ending June 2025, the company’s profit rose 41.54 per cent to Rs 0.92 crore as against Rs 0.65 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2024. The company’s sales rose by 6.50 per cent to Rs 10.97 crore during the quarter as against Rs 10.30 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2024.
