Inviya Converge 2024, a celebration of innovation and sustainability

Indorama’s Inviya hosted its annual customer meet, Converge 2024, bringing together industry leaders, partners, and academicians. The event was a platform to celebrate the Group’s legacy, vision, and commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

The evening commenced with a welcome address by Shalendra Vasudeva, Chief Marketing Officer. G Venkatesh, Group Director (Textiles & Corporate Development), provided an overview of Indorama’s achievements and future plans. Sandeep Shelke, CEO of Inviya, shared the company’s journey and innovations.

Experts, including P Boobalan and G Thilagavathi, shed light on the future of the textile industry and sustainability initiatives. The event’s chief guest, Padma Shri A Sakthivel, emphasized the significance of spandex in garment manufacturing and urged the industry to embrace MMF fibers to stay competitive. The event concluded with captivating performances by a mentalist and a flute artist, leaving a lasting impression on the 400+ attendees.
