Minaxi Textiles reported a standalone net profit of Rs 0.71 crore ($83,000) for the March 2025 quarter, rebounding from a net loss of Rs 1.65 crore ($192,000) in the same quarter last year. Despite the return to profits, the company’s revenue declined sharply by 29.74 per cent to Rs 6.19 crore ($723,000), compared to Rs 8.81 crore ($1.03 million) in the year-ago period.

For the full fiscal year ended March 2025, the company narrowed its net loss to Rs 0.53 crore ($62,000), marking a significant improvement over the Rs 3.11 crore ($363,000) loss reported in FY ’24. However, annual revenue fell by 15.78 percent to Rs 28.88 crore ($3.37 million), down from Rs 34.29 crore ($4 million) in the previous year.

The latest results reflect Minaxi Textiles gradual recovery amid a challenging revenue environment. Looking ahead, the company is expected to focus on cost efficiency and tapping new markets to offset sluggish sales. Based in India, Minaxi Textiles manufactures cotton and cotton-blend fabrics, including lycra suiting, satin, and twill fabrics, and supplies uniforms through government tenders.
