Nitin Spinners holds 33rd AGM through

Nitin Spinners held its 33^rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 6, 2025 through Video Conference (VC )/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Nitin Spinners reported a slight decline of 2.68 per cent to Rs 40.99 crore in its net profit for Q1, FY26. The company’s revenue also declined by 1.16 per cent to Rs 795.09 crore during the quarter compared to Q1, FY25.

A prominent Indian textile company, Nitin Spinners is engaged in the manufacturing of cotton and blended yarns, knitted fabrics, and finished woven fabrics. Based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, the company has established itself as a significant player in the domestic and international textile markets, with a presence in over 50 countries.
