Nitin Spinners has shown notable resilience in Q4, FY26, with a net profit of Rs 57.36 crore for the period ending March 31, 2026. Recording 23.7 per cent Y-o-Y increase, this performance underscores their success in handling a complex textile scenario defined by volatile raw material prices and shifting global exports.

The margin increase was largely due to stringent operational efficiencies and a deliberate reduction in financial costs, which allowed them to outpace revenue growth during the quarter. While the broader textile industry has contended with inventory destocking in international markets, Nitin Spinners has maintained stability by utilizing its vertically integrated manufacturing model: spanning high-quality cotton yarn to finished woven and knitted fabrics.

Dinesh Nolkha, Chairman and Managing Director, attributes the healthy quarterly outcome to a shift toward a value-added product mix and sustained investment in modernization. As the company continues its aggressive capital expenditure program, analysts expects, the focus on efficiency will serve as a buffer against cyclical headwinds, positioning the firm to capture emerging opportunities in both domestic apparel and international home textile segments.

A premier textile manufacturer, Nitin Spinners specializes in high-quality cotton and blended yarns, knitted fabrics, and finished woven textiles. With extensive operations across India, the company serves global apparel and home furnishing brands. It remains focused on capacity expansion, modernization, and value-added product growth, maintaining stable financial growth.
