Nitin Spinners sees 33% profit growth in Q2

Prominent textile manufacturer Nitin Spinners, reported a substantial 33 per cent increase in standalone net profits for the September quarter. The company's revenue for the quarter climbed 12 per cent to $97.47 million compared to $87.29 million in the same period last year.

A significant portion of this revenue, amounting to $61.82 million, was derived from exports, while domestic sales contributed $35.53 million.

Dinesh Nolkha, Chairman and Managing Director, Nitin Spinners, attributeS the company's strong performance to its strategic focus on value-added segments, optimized capacity utilization, and rigorous cost-efficiency measures. He expressed confidence in the company's future prospects, particularly in light of the current favorable market conditions with lower cotton prices.
