Reshmi Industries to launch next-gen winding solutions at ITMA ASIA 2025
Reshmi Industries will debut several cutting-edge winding solutions at ITMA ASIA 2025 in Singapore. The showcase will heavily emphasize technology, automation, and Industry 4.0 principles for both post-spinning and sewing thread applications.
The company will feature the latest iterations of its primary winding platforms. It will showcase precision post-spinning winders including Utiflex TG, a machine engineered for dye package/rewinding and assembly winding across a broad spectrum of yarns, including staple fiber and continuous filament. The machine is designed to boost productivity and minimize manual labor include automatic doffing conveyor systems.
Used specifically for bare elastomeric yarns, the next machine, Ultiflex TGAW will be displayed with an automatic doffing system and an electronic draw ratio setting controlled via a touchscreen.
The Ultiflex DDSW focuses on delivering perfectly uniform density soft packages - a critical factor for optimal results in the downstream dyeing process. It features centralized controls, a flexible winding ratio and crossing angle, automatic yarn unwinding tension control via sensors, and pneumatic cradle pressure regulation. It also uses proven counter-rotating blade technology for various spun yarns.
Designed for winding sewing thread cops and tubes, the Precithread PT2T (Automatic Finish Winder) is a high-performance machine. Its core innovation is an advanced doffing magazine that uses a ‘false start’ system to ensure flawless tube loading and eliminate common winding issues. The machine offers a shorter doffing cycle, a tuck-in system, and best-in-class length measurement accuracy. Operating at speeds up to 1,250 meters per minute, it includes an electronic lubrication system. An optional Auto-packing system can turn the PT2T into a completely automatic winding solution.
Reshmi Industries is also committed to integrating Industry 4.0 and IoT (Internet of Things) across its product line to drive efficiency. Its R-Link IoT Solution allows for real-time production monitoring and significantly enhanced operational efficiency.
