Reshmi Industries to launch next generation of precision winding machine-Ultiflex TG

A pioneer in winding solutions for post-spinning and sewing thread applications, Reshmi Industries is gearing up to launch the next generation of its flagship platform, the Ultiflex TG, designed to process all yarn types, including staple fiber and continuous filament yarn, with maximum application flexibility.

Key advantages of the Ultiflex series include an electronic yarn laying system with flexible traverse, a positively driven bobbin, a pneumatic back pressure system, quick take-up changes, online tension control, and the option for an automatic doffer. The Ultiflex TG will be showcased for dyepackage/rewinding and assembly winding applications at ITMA Asia 2025 in Singapore.

The widespread adoption of the Ultiflex platform is evident in its recent large-scale installation at PT Kewalram in Indonesia, a fully integrated textile giant. Kewalram installed over 250 positions of the Ultiflex Precision Assembly Winders for their latest twisting project, a testament to the machine's superior performance and robust design.
