RSWM registers Rs 13.24 crore profit in H1, FY26

Making a turnaround from a loss of Rs 34.88 crore, RSWM registered  Rs 13.24 crore profit in H1, FY26.  However, the company’s revenue declined by 2.3 per cent from Rs 2,373 crore to Rs 2,319 crore during the period. Its EBITDA margins expanded by 280 bps to 6.8 per cent from 4.0 per cent during the period while EBITDA rose by 66.1 per cent from Rs 96.21 crore in H1, FY25 to Rs 159.78 crore in H1, FY26.

The yarn segment continued to be the primary revenue driver, maintaining stability in sales volume. The substantial 66.1 per cent rise in EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) was a result of focused cost optimization measures and a shift towards a more favorable, high-margin product mix.

RSWM has committed to secure 60 MW of renewable energy (solar and wind) to increase green power usage in its Rajasthan operation. The company is positioning itself to leverage new trade agreements like the India-UK FTA and the upcoming India-EU trade pact to boost export growth and market access.
