RSWM releases Sustainability Report 2024-25

Highlighting its commitment to sustainability, LNJ Bhilwara Group’s flagship company, RSWM has released its Sustainability Report 2024-25. The report highlights, RSWM has made good progress in sustainability over the past fiscal year. It conserved 2.23 million kiloliters (KL) of water and achieved 100 per cent reuse of treated wastewater through advanced Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.
The company consumed 101.76 million kWh (kilowatt-hours) of solar and wind power, boosting its reliance on green energy to 33 per cent. This figure surpasses India's national clean energy mix of 31 per cent.
RSWM is transitioning away from coal. It replaced coal with husk-based boilers, using 14,714 metric tons (MT) of biofuels. The company plans to convert all manufacturing boilers to biofuel operation.
The firm recycled approximately 6.5 million PET bottles daily, totaling 43,250 metric tons of PET bottles in FY24–25. In production, RSWM incorporated 38,270 metric tons of recycled polyester and 11,674 metric tons of organic cotton into its yarns and fabrics. It also used 91,611 kg of organic manure to maintain soil health.
