Shreedhar Spinners to expand production with IPO launch
Shreedhar Spinners is entering the public markets by launching an Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 30.68 crore. Operator of a specialized spinning facility in the Amravati Textile Park, the company will use the proceeds of this IPO to strengthen manufacturing infrastructure and boost working capital. This capital infusion is strategically timed to support the expansion of its second production unit, allowing the firm to scale its output of compact spun cotton yarn.
Currently operating with 28,608 spindles and an annual capacity of 10,000 metric tons, the company faces the dual challenge of raw material price volatility and the need for consistent quality in an increasingly competitive global market. By investing in advanced combers and Uster testing equipment, the firm aims to elevate its product standards, catering to high-end weaving and knitting requirements in the apparel and home textile segments. With a FY26 revenue of Rs 146.55 crore, the company is prioritizing operational efficiency and supply chain reliability. This transition to the NSE SME platform underscores a shift toward formalized growth, positioning the firm to better serve both domestic fabric processors and international export markets amidst evolving sector dynamics.
Incorporated in 2020 as a subsidiary of the Shreedhar Cotsyn Group, Shreedhar Spinners manufactures high-quality compact spun cotton yarn from its Amravati, Maharashtra facility.
The company serves the apparel, denim, and home textile sectors. With a focus on capacity expansion and operational modernization, it seeks to enhance profitability.
