Spinnova, Rieter publish joint guideline on comprehensive yarn spinning

Spinnova and Rieter have jointly published a comprehensive yarn spinning guideline for industrial partners. This detailed document outlines the procedures for producing compact yarn using Spinnova fiber on Rieter’s advanced machinery. The guide provides step-by-step instructions and highlights key considerations for every stage of the spinning process, making it available to industrial users upon request.

This collaboration builds on a numerous milestone achieved in 2023, when Rieter equipped Spinnova's R&D spinning line with its state-of-the-art machinery. This included the Ring Spinning Machine G 38 with Compactdrum and the Rotor Spinning Machine R 70, which have been crucial in developing viable yarns using Spinnova blends. The new guideline represents a major step toward achieving industrial scalability and ensuring the efficient handling of Spinnova fiber in commercial settings.
