Textile Association (India)-Mumbai re-elects Rajiv Ranjan as President

At its 74th Annual General Body Meeting, the Mumbai Unit of The Textile Association (India) re-elected Rajiv Ranjan as its President while R R Patil was elected as the Vice President for the 2025-26 through 2028-29 term. The Managing committee and governing council also appointed C Bose as the new President Emeritus; V C Gupte as Chairman; Dr GS Nadiger and VA Bhajekar as Vice-Chairmen; Haresh B Parekh as Honorary Secretary and Prof K D Gawand as Honorary Treasurer.
With over 40 years of experience in the textile sector, Ranjan has led strategic business transformations and operations across multiple domains. His previous roles include Executive Director & CEO, Hindoostan Mills and President (Textiles), Mafatlal Industries. He has been instrumental in driving new Greenfield projects, scaling operations, and enhancing profitability. As President of the Mumbai unit, Ranjan continues to play an important role in shaping the strategic direction of the textile industry in India.
