Vardhman Textiles Q2, FY26 net profit declines 4.83% Y-o-Y to Rs 187.03 cr

Leading yarn and fabric manufacturer, Vardhman Textiles reported a 4.83 per cent Y-o-Y decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 187.03 crore during Q2, FY26 ended September 2026.The company’s revenues also dipped to Rs 2480.10 crore during this quarter from 2502.42 crore in Q2, FY25.

However, despite this dip, Vardhman Textiles reported a positive operational sign, with its EBITDA margin expanding to 13.48 per cent Y-o-Y from 12.59 per cent Y-o-Y. The company produced around 69,961 metric tons (MT) of yarns during this quarter with grey fabric production at 500 lakh meters and processed fabric at 394 lakh meters, showing stable operational capacity utilization. Vardhman continued to execute its Rs 3,530 crore capex plan for modernization and expansion of spinning and processed fabric capacity during the quarter, signaling confidence in the long-term industry outlook.
