Vipul Organics has formalized a distribution agreement with the Swiss-based Omya Group to aggressively expand market reach for its high-performance pigment range within the European textile and coatings sectors. Under this exclusive mandate, Omya will oversee the distribution of the SunTone and SunCoat product lines across multiple European territories, including the UK and Balkan nations, deliberately excluding Switzerland and Poland.

This alliance addresses a critical need for local technical support and efficient supply chain integration in Europe. By leveraging Omya’s established infrastructure, which includes a network of over 170 locations and specialized regional laboratories Vipul Organics expects to reduce lead times for textile manufacturers seeking superior dispersibility and weather-fastness in their dyeing and printing processes.

Vipul P Shah, Managing Director, Vipul Organics sees this partnership as a foundational element of the company’s five-year growth strategy, aiming to provide European clients with cost-competitive, high-grade color solutions that meet stringent industry performance standards. The move follows a period of strong growth for the Mumbai-headquartered firm, which reported consolidated export revenues of over Rs 100 crore in the previous fiscal year, underscoring the vital importance of European expansion to its international business trajectory.
