Welspun Living reports strong Q2 FY25 results

Welspun Living, a leading global home textiles company, announced robust financial performance for the second quarter of fiscal year 2025 (Q2 FY25). Consolidated revenue grew 15.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs 29,360 million, driven by strong growth in core textile and flooring businesses.
Emerging businesses, including global brands, domestic consumer, advanced textiles, and flooring, witnessed a 22 per cent year-on-year growth, highlighting the company's strategic focus on diversification. The domestic consumer business specifically recorded a 20 per cent increase, solidifying Welspun's position as a leading brand.
EBITDA for Q2 FY25 reached Rs 4,206 million, up 7.5 per cent year-on-year, with a margin of 14.3 per cent. Profit after tax (PAT) increased 2.2 per cent to Rs 2,010 million. Welspun remains committed to sustainable growth and innovation. Significant capital expenditure of Rs 2,860 million was allocated to expand production capacity in India and the US.
