Seller Registration Agreement

This Seller Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Textile Trade Buddy ("Marketplace"), an online platform facilitating the sale of yarn and related products, and the undersigned seller ("Seller"). By registering as a seller on the Marketplace, the Seller agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein, including but not limited to maintaining accurate product listings, fulfilling orders promptly, adhering to quality standards, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Seller acknowledges that the Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Seller's account in the event of non-compliance with this Agreement. This Agreement further outlines the Seller’s responsibility for transaction fees, dispute resolution, and confidentiality of customer data, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy experience for all users of Textile Trade Buddy.
