Aquafil introduces sustainable Econyl Bespoke yarn collection

Aquafil Group has launched the Econyl Bespoke collection, a sustainable range of yarns made from 100 per cent regenerated nylon waste. The collection caters to various types of rugs, including handmade, machine-made, tufted, woven, and wall-to-wall carpets for residential, commercial, and hospitality use.
Econyl ReLana is a 2-ply dyed twist yarn inspired by the classic texture of wool, while Econyl ReSeta mimics the softness and luster of silk with bright and dull variations. Econyl Terra, designed for durability, is an air-entangled solution-dyed yarn featuring a unique color palette suitable for heavy use.
The yarns deliver stain resistance, efficient tufting and weaving, and excellent colorfastness against light, bleach, and other chemicals. Aquafil Group expressed enthusiasm about the positive response to the Bespoke Collection and anticipates its use in innovative designs.
Econyl is fully recycled, infinitely regenerable, and certified by Oeko-Tex and Cradle to Cradle. It also supports green building standards like Leed v4, Breeam, and Well, enhancing its appeal in sustainable textile applications.
