Benninger introduces FabricMaster Machine to revolutionize India’s textile sector.
Swiss textile machinery leader Benninger has launched its state-of-the-art FabricMaster soft flow dyeing machine in India. Following successful installations across Europe, the US, Peru, Central America, and Bangladesh, the FabricMaster now promises to reshape India’s textile industry with its advanced technology and sustainability features.
Manufactured at Benninger's High-Tech Fabrication facility in Pune, the FabricMaster is designed to enhance production efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. Amarnath Dyeing And Bleaching Works Private Limited, was the first Indian company to adopt the technology. After witnessing remarkable improvements in performance over the course of a year, the company has committed to a second unit, demonstrating the machine’s transformative potential.
The FabricMaster is engineered to tackle one of the textile industry’s most complex challenges—dyeing Lycra blends of Cotton, Rayon, Nylon, and Modal fabrics—without the common issues of rope marks or edge curling. By ensuring optimal dye penetration and color consistency across various fabric types, the machine offers unparalleled precision. Advanced features such as a fully adjustable nozzle, automated chemical dosing, and an efficient internal fabric plaiter allow for customization based on fabric weight and composition, delivering superior results with minimal waste.

FabricMaster’s standout qualities is its sustainability-oriented design. The machine boasts of the lowest liquor ratio of any water-driven dyeing system, drastically cutting down on water, steam, chemicals, and dyestuff consumption. Its optimized chamber design is specifically crafted to reduce waste, thereby aligning with the growing demand for environmentally responsible manufacturing practices. The machine's self-cleaning lint filter, high-capacity heat exchanger, and fast fabric unloading system also contribute to enhanced productivity, shortened cycle times, and reduced operational costs.
With the FabricMaster gaining traction in India, it sets a new benchmark for efficiency, quality, and environmental stewardship in textile dyeing. Benninger’s commitment to sustainability is evident not only in the machine’s eco-friendly design but also in its potential to elevate the industry by integrating cutting-edge technology with resource-efficient processes.
