Dubai roadshow boosts Bharat Tex 2025, showcasing India’s textile strength

A high-profile roadshow in Dubai on November 12th successfully promoted Bharat Tex 2025, a global textile event. The event aimed to solidify India's position as a global textile hub, highlighting its innovative capabilities, technological advancements, and sustainable practices.
The roadshow emphasized the benefits of the India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) for boosting bilateral trade in the textile sector. Key industry leaders and government officials attended the event, underscoring the significance of Bharat Tex 2025.
Bharat Tex 2025 is a mega event organized by Textile Export Promotion Councils, including the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI), with the support of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Scheduled to take place from February 12th to 17th, 2025, in New Delhi and Greater Noida, the event will showcase the entire textile value chain, from fibers and yarns to apparel and home furnishings.
The roadshow attracted over 150 attendees from various countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and African nations. It highlighted India's diverse textile offerings, including traditional handlooms, handicrafts, and modern textiles. By fostering global partnerships and showcasing India's manufacturing prowess, Bharat Tex 2025 aims to position India as a leading player in the global textile industry.
