Filo 64th edition shifts to Fiera Milano Rho to boost global reach

The 64th edition of Filo - the International Exhibition of Yarns and Fibers is set to take place on September 23-24, 2025 at Fiera Milano Rho, Pavilion 14. The move from its previous venue marks a shift aimed at accelerating Filo’s growth and international outreach. The change aligns with Filo’s recent membership in the IT EX Association, which includes Italy’s leading international trade fairs.

The new location offers more expansive and efficient space, better aligning with the evolving needs of exhibitors and visitors. Organisers see this relocation as part of a broader development plan to boost the exhibition’s scale and prestige, especially ahead of global attention during the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics in 2026.

Paolo Monfermoso, Filo’s manager, highlighted that the new September dates position the fair more strategically in the international textile event calendar, ensuring better synergy with the industry's production schedules. He also noted that hosting the event during a week filled with other key textile exhibitions in Milan will draw a larger global audience and provide greater opportunities for industry engagement.
