Filo Capsule Collection to debut yarn-driven fabrics at 63rd edition of Filo in Milan

The Filo Capsule Collection will be showcased for the first time at the 63rd edition of Filo, taking place on February 26 and 27, 2025, at Allianz MiCo in Milan. This innovative project, curated by fabric designer Rossano Bisio, transforms the creative inspirations from Filo's ‘Dialoghi Creativi’ into tangible fabric prototypes.

The collection features yarns from exhibiting companies, dyed and refined using products from trusted dye houses and manufacturers that have long been partners with Filo.

Bisio’s design process began with the ‘Collages’ product development proposals, selecting the most suitable yarns and collaborating with dyeing plants, embroidery factories, and a weaving mill renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship. The resulting prototypes combine advanced technical qualities such as texture, weight, and hand-feel, highlighting the excellence of the textile supply chain.

For the first time, Filo has brought an exhibition into production, offering a collection that not only demonstrates the capabilities of the textile industry but also celebrates the tradition of Italian manufacturing. The Filo Capsule Collection offers a unique opportunity to experience the future of fabric design in person at the upcoming event.
