Gujarat MSME Summit 2025 in January to drive India’s growth.

To boost India's economic development, the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI-CMSME) are jointly organizing the Gujarat MSME Summit 2025 in Surat. The summit, scheduled for January 25-26, 2025, aims to leverage the immense potential of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) to achieve the ambitious goal of a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047.

During a recent curtain raiser event, SGCCI President Vijay Mewawala emphasized the pivotal role of MSMEs in India's economy. These enterprises contribute significantly to employment, domestic production, and exports. Over 12 crore people are employed by MSMEs in India, and Surat and South Gujarat are particularly renowned for their thriving MSME ecosystem.

FICCI-CMSME Gujarat Regional Chairman Ankit Patel highlighted the government's and industry's shared commitment to promoting MSME industries on a global scale. The summit will serve as a platform to connect MSMEs with MNCs, provide guidance on accessing funding and loans, and explore strategies to reduce costs and enhance production efficiency.

The Gujarat MSME Summit 2025 is expected to be a landmark event, bringing together key stakeholders from the MSME sector to discuss challenges, opportunities, and solutions for driving sustainable growth and development.
