Heberlein Technology, a global leader in air interlacing and texturing solutions, will unveil its latest innovations at Global Textile Technology & Engineering Show (GTTES) 2025 in Mumbai. Highlights include the HemaJet-LB06 housing and the APe043 DTY jet insert, which features a record-breaking 0.65 mm orifice, ideal for ultra-fine denier yarns used in premium fabrics and activewear.

The APe043 jet insert enhances production efficiency by minimizing yarn displacement, preventing knots, and supporting smooth operations for yarns as fine as 20 denier. Its energy-efficient design offers significant cost savings, aligning with the increasing demand for lightweight, high-quality textiles in global markets.

The HemaJet-LB06, compatible with Heberlein’s versatile jet cores, provides a robust and economical solution for air texturing processes. Its adjustable design ensures precise control, catering to various yarn specifications from 30 dtex to 3,000 dtex.

Heberlein will also feature its PolyJet series, including the SP-3 and TG-3 jets, which deliver superior interlacing density and reliable knots for high-tenacity yarns. These innovations offer quick-change systems and compact designs, ensuring seamless production and optimal yarn quality.
