Kipaş Textiles unveils innovative yarns and sustainability projects at Texhibition Istanbul

Kipaş Textiles, a leading European and Turkish yarn and fabric manufacturer, showcased innovations at Texhibition Istanbul in March 2025. The company introduced a special natural material yarn blend with antibacterial, antiradiation, and electromagnetic-protective properties. This unique yarn, comprising 20 per cent pineapple, 30 per cent soy, 20 per cent linen, 20 per cent bamboo, and 10 per cent silver fibers, is suitable for both knitwear and woven fabrics.
Kipaş also presented advanced materials, including a stainless-steel fiber covered with aramids for the automotive sector and a graphene-coated cotton fiber with electromagnetic shielding capabilities. Another key highlight was 37.5 Technology, a biodegradable fiber that regulates body temperature, enhances moisture management, and neutralizes odors.
Committed to sustainability, Kipaş runs a recycling facility processing 30 tons of textile waste daily. Its Recycled Project supports brands like Lacoste and PVH Group in adopting closed-loop production.
As part of Kipaş Holding, the company operates from Kahramanmaraş with 6,000 employees and a daily output of 400 tons of yarn and 80 million meters of fabric annually. Recognized among Turkey’s top 100 exporters, Kipaş continues to lead in textile innovation, recycling, and responsible production.
