Lenzing announces new shareholder partnership

The Lenzing Group, a leader in sustainable fibers, has secured a new long-term partnership with Suzano SA, the world's largest pulp producer. Suzano will acquire a 15 per cent stake in Lenzing from their current majority shareholder, B&C Group. This partnership strengthens Lenzing's ownership structure and brings together two key players in the pulp and fiber industries.
