LMW showcases breakthrough innovations at ITM Turkey
Lakshmi Machine Works Limited (LMW) made a strong impact at the recent ITM show in Turkey, unveiling cutting-edge textile machinery innovations. Notably, the LR90 series spinning frame, featuring the world’s longest spindle at 2400 spindles, received global acclaim. This innovation reduces machine footprint and lowers installation costs, with international installations anticipated by year-end.
LMW’s focus on automation and digitalization enhances profitability for spinners. Its fully connected machines, including the Spin Connect monitoring system, streamline operations and reduce labor dependency, addressing a key industry challenge. Automation systems like the Lap Transportation System (LTS) and Card with Drafting System (CDS) are pivotal to this efficiency boost.
Turkey is a critical market for LMW, alongside Indonesia, Vietnam, and Egypt. LMW’s expansion into Dubai’s Free Trade Zone further strengthens its global presence, improving logistical efficiency and customer support.
Looking ahead, LMW is positioning itself as a global leader in textile machinery, with a focus on man-made fibers to tackle raw material challenges and an ambitious goal to dominate the market by 2025.
