RSWM narrows net loss to Rs 9.23 crore in Q3, sales up 22%

RSWM Ltd reported a net loss of Rs 9.23 crore ($1.11 million) for the quarter ended December 2024, a significant improvement from the Rs 34.07 crore ($4.09 million) loss in the same quarter last year. The company's sales surged 22.34 per cent to Rs 1,195.62 crore ($143.47 million) from Rs 977.32 crore ($117.28 million) in the year-ago quarter.

The yarn segment remained the key revenue driver, generating Rs 970.95 crore ($116.51 million), up from Rs 844.12 crore ($101.29 million) last year. The fabric segment also witnessed robust growth, with revenue climbing to Rs 299.68 crore (US $35.96 million) from Rs 225.54 crore ($27.06 million).

RSWM, a flagship company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, is a major textile manufacturer and exporter with over 60 years of industry presence. The company operates in over 70 global markets with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

In a board meeting outcome, Rajeev Gupta was appointed as an Additional Director and Joint Managing Director for a three-year term, effective February 12, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. He will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel.
