RSWM Ltd, the flagship company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, secured the 1st Runner-Up award in the ‘Innovative Water Management and Conservation’ category at the CITI Textile Sustainability Awards 2024-25. The award was presented at Bharat Tex 2025, India’s largest textile trade fair, held from February 14-17 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Pabitra Margherita, Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Textiles, and Rakesh Mehra, Chairman, CITI, honored the winners.

RSWM has invested Rs 84 crore in advanced water conservation technologies over the past three years. Key initiatives include Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, low-liquor HTHP dyeing machines, PLC-controlled auto-controllers, and counter-current washing techniques, collectively saving 233,500 KL of water annually. The company also employs rainwater harvesting and artificial lakes to enhance groundwater recharge.

At Bharat Tex 2025, RSWM showcased its sustainability innovations under the ‘Panchtatva’ theme, featuring fire-retardant, UV-resistant, biodegradable, and moisture-wicking textiles. The overwhelming response reaffirmed its leadership in eco-conscious textile manufacturing. Joint MD Rajeev Gupta says, “Sustainability is a necessity. This recognition motivates us to push further in responsible manufacturing.”
