Sanathan Textiles Ltd, a key player in India’s yarn industry, has announced its unaudited financial results for Q3 and the nine months ending December 31, 2024. The company operates across three yarn segments: polyester filament yarn, cotton yarn, and technical textiles.

Q3 FY25, operational revenue stood at $89.17 million, while PAT was $0.41 million, and EBITDA reached $0.70 million. Revenue for the nine-month period rose to $27.20 million, up from $26.41 million in 9M FY24, driven by higher sales volumes.

Chairman and Managing Director Paresh Dattani highlighted strong performance across all yarn segments, supported by stable pricing, operational efficiency, and growing demand. Favorable industry trends and government policies are expected to sustain this momentum. To meet growing demand, Sanathan Textiles is expanding operations in Punjab, with production set to begin in Q1 FY26. The new facility will increase manufacturing capacity from 550 to 1,500 tonnes per day, adding 5.50 lakh MTPA of polyester filament yarn annually. Additionally, Khurshed Thanawalla has been appointed as an Independent Director on the board of Sanathan Polycot Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
