Sanskar Agro expands with Aarika Spintex, setting new industry benchmarks

Starting in 2003 as a ginning and pressing unit, India’s Sanskar Agro has grown into a global textile leader. In 2024, the company launched Aarika Spintex, its most advanced spinning facility yet, with a spindle capacity of 55,000. Equipped with LMW machinery, the unit produces high-quality Combed Compact and Carded Compact yarns ranging from Ne 20s to Ne 40s, exceeding global standards.

Kailash Singhania saYS LMW has been instrumental in their journey, enabling them to innovate and lead in quality. The company has also expanded into Circular Knitting, strengthening its value chain.

Aarika Spintex prioritizes productivity and energy efficiency, achieving 40s CCH at 200 GPSS and 40s CCW at 185 GPSS. The facility features color-coded beams, cans, and bobbins for streamlined operations. Sanjay Chaturvedi said LMW machines outperform even some European brands, offering lower maintenance and higher efficiency.

With its latest expansion, Sanskar Agro reinforces its leadership in the textile industry, setting new benchmarks in quality and efficiency for both domestic and global markets.
