Sri Bhagirath elevates yarn quality with Rieter automation
Indian yarn manufacturer Sri Bhagirath modernised its mill with 17 new Rieter K 47 machines for producing high-quality compact yarns. These machines offer high automation, reduced operator dependence, and energy-saving features.
Sri Bhagirath chose Rieter because of their integrated systems and excellent customer service. The Rieter K 47 machines produce strong, even yarn with low hairiness, ideal for efficient fabric production.
Naveen Rander, Director of Sri Bhagirath Textiles, says the high automation and monitoring systems ensure consistent yarn quality. He also highlighted the benefit of getting all machines from one supplier for fast installation and support.
The Rieter K 47 machines use less energy than competitors and have built-in monitoring to ensure yarn quality and reduce operator workload.
Sri Bhagirath also invested in Rieter Autoconer X6 winding machines to further automate yarn processing. These machines offer intelligent features like material flow optimization and self-adjustment for efficient operation.
The Autoconer X6 also has an integrated quality monitoring system that identifies and alerts operators to any issues on the spinning machine. This allows operators to focus on monitoring overall production.
With Rieter's machines, Sri Bhagirath can achieve high yarn quality, reduce reliance on manual labor, and improve efficiency throughout the production process.
