Trutzschler TC 30i drives unmatched efficiency in cotton and synthetic yarn production

Yarn manufacturers worldwide are achieving remarkable efficiency gains with Trutzschler's next-generation TC 30i carding machine, launched in January 2024. Designed for both cotton and man-made fibers, the TC 30i enhances quality and productivity through intelligent, self-optimizing functions.
Leading spinning mills in Indonesia and Turkiye have reported significant improvements. Indonesia’s Budi Texindo Prakarsa increased cotton yarn production by 30 per cent while reducing energy and air consumption. Turkiye’s Mem Tekstil nearly doubled productivity in open-end spinning, reaching 160 kilograms per hour. Safteks, another Turkish mill, boosted output by over 20 per cent, producing 85 tons of cotton yarn daily.
In man-made fiber applications, Indonesia’s PT Dhanar Mas Concern saw a 40 per cent increase in production using the TC 30Si, a specialized variant for synthetic fibers. These advancements stem from the TC 30i’s automated gap optimization, increased active flats, and precise waste control, maximizing fiber utilization.
With installations expanding globally, the TC 30i is proving its ability to transform yarn production, setting new industry benchmarks for efficiency and sustainability.
