Ganesha Ecosphere, through its subsidiary Ganesha Ecopet Private Limited, has reworked its growth path by deferring previously announced 67,500 TP greenfield project in Odisha. Instead, the company is focusing on an incremental capacity increase at its existing Warangal facility. The board of directors approved a 22,500 TPA expansion of rPET granules capacity at the Warangal unit, which will bring the site’s total installed capacity to 87,000 TPA. This shift involves an estimated capital expenditure of Rs 125 crore, which management intends to finance through a combination of debt, equity, and internal accruals.
